Todd Julian reflects on his entry into the firm.

I joined Burch and Cracchiolo straight out of law school. When I graduated it was a very respectable firm, and I was pleased that there was an opening at that time when I got out, and I got a chance to meet a lot of the lawyers. I was interviewed by Dan Cracchiolo and many of the other lawyers, and he told me a lot of stories about my dad who was a lawyer in the Phoenix area. My grandfather was a lawyer and he knew both of them, so it was great to share some of those stories when I came and started my career here.
