Prior to beginning his law practice, he clerked for the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C from 2014-2016. Ochoa has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas teaching Federal Tax Research.
