Todd Julian describes his experience with both sides of personal injury cases.
Transcript:
Some people think that you can only do one side of the personal injury litigation—that you can only represent plaintiffs and be a crusader for plaintiffs or consumer's rights—and that the insurance industry is the enemy. I tend to think that having seen both sides of that, that it helps me effectively represent my clients. I know when I'm representing a personal injury victim I know how insurance carriers think, it helps me communicate with them, it gives me credibility when I'm advocating on behalf of that client. And from the insurance companies' standpoint I know what it is to bring the types of claims, I know how to evaluate those cases, I know which cases to try that need to be litigated, and which cases to settle.
