One of the things that's great about Burch & Cracchiolo is the rich history and legacy that we have with real estate and zoning entitlement land use. It's a history that started with Haze Burch, one of the founders of our firm, a number of years ago and has been going strong for the past 50 years. One of the things we really pride ourselves on is down-to-earth approachableness and willingness to get into the details to be able to help our clients get things through the city and county and their processes. It's really special to enjoy the relationships that we have with many of the electeds, many of the staff, to be able to go to them and have plain, open conversations about development, about challenges that we face. And it's exciting to be able to have had a lot of success, to be able to drive across this valley and see our work, see the work that our clients have done. There really is a strong sense of pride knowing that we've been able to help build communities, shape cities and neighborhoods, and leave them a lot better off than the vacant dirt fields they were when we started.
