(January 6, 2021…Phoenix, AZ) The law firm of Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., is pleased to announce Paul S. Kular has been named a shareholder, effective January 1, 2021. Paul is a commercial litigator who has been practicing law for 17 years. His practice focuses on insurance defense, construction, personal injury, wrongful death, subrogation and coverage law.
Prior to joining Burch & Cracchiolo, Paul served as senior counsel at Travelers Insurance (Arizona) and practiced in the areas of construction defect, personal injury and subrogation law.
Paul received his undergraduate degree from the University of Bridgeport where he played NCAA II baseball and ran cross-country. He earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2003. While attending law school, Paul served as an intern under the Honorable Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson, of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Paul has served on the State Bar of Arizona Mentoring and Civil Jury Instructions Committees.
Paul is admitted to practice in Arizona and New Mexico.
