Shawn A. McCabe

Shawn A. McCabe is an Associate Attorney for the Firm and is admitted to practice in Arizona and the U.S. District Court for Arizona. Shawn received his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2012.

Shawn has previously represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters and represented debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Now, Mr. McCabe’s practice focuses on Bankruptcy as he primarily represents Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees in all matters relating to the administration of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases.
