Prior to Burch & Cracchiolo Shay worked at a family-owned home builder where she gained an interest in the development process. She began at Burch & Cracchiolo as a legal assistant before evolving into a Zoning paralegal. She enjoys the research and ever-changing landscape of Zoning & Land Use and aspires to get her AICP Certification. Shay earned a B.A. in Japanese language from Arizona State University in 2017 and lived in Japan and China from 2018-2020.
