“I've been developing our liquor licensing practice for the last seven years or so,” says Burch & Cracchiolo Shareholder Jake D. Curtis. “Ryan Anderson has the premier liquor licensing practice in Arizona. So to bring that to Burch & Cracchiolo and allow us to expand our practice in that area is huge.”
Burch & Cracchiolo continues to expand its Phoenix office with the addition of shareholder Ryan W. Anderson and associate attorney Shawn A. McCabe and a supporting staff of three essential employees.
Duell is a civil litigator who focuses his practice on employment law and commercial litigation. Slomski focuses his practice on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking collisions, and victims of medical malpractice.
An Arizona native, Aaron Duell grew up in the Valley and found his way to a law degree after briefly considering an engineering career. He joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 2019 to focus his practice on employment law/litigation and commercial litigation.
Ochoa earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2013 and an LL.M in tax law from NYU School of Law in 2014. He received a B.A. in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2008. Prior to beginning his law practice, he clerked for the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C from 2014-2016. Ochoa has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas teaching Federal Tax Research.
